Job summary

Elanco is seeking an experienced R&D Organizational Change Management Lead to execute and sustain change strategies for R&D initiatives, with initial focus on data and AI digital transformation. You will work with employees, managers, and executives to build commitment and drive adoption of new ways of working.

You will establish and evolve the change capability within R&D, tailoring proven practices to the organization, and measure success through adoption, engagement, and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a related field.
• Significant progressive experience in Organizational Change Management, including hands-on leadership of large-scale organizational change within a sizable, complex organization.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders at all levels from frontline employees to executives.
• Proven ability to coach managers, senior leaders, and executive sponsors through transformation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to translate technical concepts into clear messages.
• Practical leadership style with hands-on problem solving and ability to adapt change practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute practical change strategies for R&D initiatives.
• Coach executive sponsors, managers, and R&D leaders through change.
• Build and mobilize a Change Champion network across R&D functions.
• Create meaningful engagement, communication, and learning experiences.
• Measure and sustain adoption with meaningful metrics and dashboards.
• Drive execution and accountability across change activities.
