Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes is recruiting for the role of Manager, Planning Parameters & Analytics to be based across multiple locations including Raritan, NJ; Warsaw, IN; Palm Beach Gardens, FL; Raynham, MA. The position requires governance of planning master data and system parameters to ensure data integrity and data-driven decision making.

You will develop KPI frameworks, collaborate on BI tools and dashboards, and drive continuous improvement through analytics and governance practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics).
• 7+ years in supply chain, analytics, or related disciplines.
• MDM and data governance expertise.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP and/or JD Edwards).
• Proven KPI frameworks development and management.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Responsabilités

• Implement governance for planning parameters, including lead times, lot sizes, reorder points, and sourcing rules.
• Develop KPI frameworks and metrics to measure forecast accuracy, inventory health, service levels, and planning effectiveness.
• Analyze datasets and deliver insights to improve supply chain performance.
• Present data-driven recommendations to leadership and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate to implement BI tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Lead master data management initiatives and ensure data accuracy and standardization.
• Partner with IT and stakeholders to support ERP enhancements and data architecture.
