The Fountain Group is seeking an R&D Analyst for a Tampa, FL onsite assignment. You will communicate formula changes, provide R&D updates, and coordinate between Data Management, Formulation, and Product Experience teams.

This 1-year contract role requires a Bachelor or Master degree and 2+ years of related experience, with salary in the $36–$40 per hour range. You will collaborate with raw material suppliers and support data migration to the Henkel platform.

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking an R&D Analyst for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Tampa, FL, 33607. Details of the position are as follows:

Job Description

• Pay: $36.00- 40.00/hr to start.
• 1- year contract to start with the possibility of extension or conversion based on budget and performance.
• Monday- Friday, onsite position, standard day shift.
• Position will mainly be responsible for communicating formula changes, providing R&D status updates, coordinating PE team and formula activities, and managing incoming samples.
• Responsibilities also include organizing formula-change information with Data Management, tracking R&D activities, supporting the Director of Product Performance, and coordinating activities between Data Management, Formulation, and Product Experience teams.
• Position will also be responsible for working with raw-material suppliers to obtain required documentation and supporting the migration of R&D data to the Henkel platform.
