Job summary

System One, Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking an R&D Analyst for a 12-month contract to support formula-change coordination, data management, and migration of formula and raw material docs to the company platform.

You will track progress on formula-change activities, manage incoming samples, support sensory evaluations, and coordinate among Data Management, Formulation, and Product Experience teams. The role requires collaboration across Data Management, Formulation, and Product Experience, with a

Responsibilities

Communicate formula changes across the organization and provide updates on the status of R&D work associated with formula changes.
Work with Data Management to organize and maintain formula-change information and help determine whether R&D activities are on track.
Serve as coordinator of activities in PE team and formula.
Manage the receipt, tracking, organization, and distribution of incoming samples.
Provide support to the Director of Product Performance.
Serve as an interface between Data Management, Formulation, and the Product Experience team while helping keep synchronized team activities for sourcing and innovation as needed.
Work with raw material suppliers to obtain the documentation required to migrate R&D data to the company platform.
