Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking an R&D Analyst for a Tampa, FL onsite assignment. You will communicate formula changes, provide R&D updates, and coordinate between Data Management, Formulation, and Product Experience teams.

This 1-year contract role requires a Bachelor or Master degree and 2+ years of related experience, with salary in the $36–$40 per hour range. You will collaborate with raw material suppliers and support data migration to the Henkel platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree is required.
• 2+ years of related professional experience is required.
• Experience with formula changes, updating data, documentation, ERP systems, and working with raw material suppliers for data migration is required.
• Experience handling and managing incoming samples and sensory evaluations is required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate formula changes and provide R&D status updates.
• Coordinate PE team and formula activities and manage incoming samples.
• Organize formula-change information with Data Management and track R&D activities.
• Support migration of R&D data to the Henkel platform and work with raw-material suppliers for documentation.
