Responsibilities

• Manage incoming product samples, including receiving, tracking, distribution, and documentation.
• Support sensory evaluations and product performance initiatives.
• Communicate project status updates and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain raw material documentation required for R&D data migration activities.
• Assist with R&D data migration and system documentation projects.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to R&D leadership.

The client is seeking an R&D Analyst with a strong combination of scientific knowledge, project coordination, data management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. This person will support formula change projects, maintain R&D documentation, coordinate samples and testing activities, and work closely with teams including Data Management, Formulation, Product Experience, Packaging, Sensory, and external suppliers.

The ideal candidate has a science-related background and is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data, documentation, and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced R&D environment.

• Duration: Approximately 12 Months
• Pay Rate: $36.00 - $40.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Must-Haves

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Biomedical Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemical Engineering, Formulation Science, Data Science, Materials Science, Sensory Science, or related field)
