Job summary

AllSTEM Connections is actively recruiting for an R&D Analyst in Tampa, FL to support formula change projects, maintain R&D documentation, and coordinate samples across cross-functional teams including Data Management, Formulation, Product Experience, Packaging, and Sensory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
• Strong data management and documentation experience.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding of product testing, formulation, or R&D processes.
• Ability to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track formula change activities across multiple R&D teams.
• Maintain and organize formula-related documentation and project data.
• Collaborate with Data Management, Formulation, Product Experience, Packaging, Sensory, and other cross-functional teams.
• Manage incoming product samples, including receiving, tracking, distribution, and documentation.
• Support sensory evaluations and product performance initiatives.
• Communicate project status updates and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain raw material documentation required for R&D data migration activities.
• Assist with R&D data migration and system documentation projects.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to R&D leadership.
