Job summary

Globalchannelmanagement is seeking a Senior R&D Coordinator to coordinate formula changes, manage R&D data and samples, and assist moving records to a new SAP-based platform. You will align with multiple teams, manage documentation, and support product performance initiatives.

The role requires a technical degree, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and 100% onsite work in the Tampa area. SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical or formulation science, biology, materials science, sensory science, industrial engineering, or product development with a technical background
• Strong organization and project coordination skills
• High attention to detail in data entry and documentation
• Basic understanding of product testing methods
• Strong Excel and project management software skills
• 100% onsite

Responsibilities

• Communicate formula changes across teams and report the status of related R&D work

• Receive, track, organize and distribute incoming product and raw-material samples
• Support sensory evaluations and the Product Experience team
• Serve as the go-between for Data Management, Formulation, Product Experience, Packaging, Sensory, Fragrance and IT
• Work with raw-material suppliers to collect documents (specs, SDS, certificates) for the data migration
• Support the Director of Product Performance
