Job summary

System One is seeking an R&D Analyst in Tampa, FL for a 12-month contract with onsite work hours Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Compensation is $36.00–$40.00 per hour.

The role supports formula-change coordination, data management, and migration of formula documentation to the company platform. The analyst tracks progress, manages samples, supports sensory evaluations, and coordinates with Data Management, Formulation, and Product Experience teams to keep activities synchronized.

Responsibilities

• Communicate formula changes across the organization and provide updates on the status of R&D work associated with formula changes
• Work with Data Management to organize and maintain formula-change information and help determine whether R&D activities are on track
• Serve as coordinator of activities in PE team and formula
• Manage the receipt, tracking, organization, and distribution of incoming samples
• Provide support to the Director of Product Performance
• Serve as an interface between Data Management, Formulation, and the Product Experience team while helping keep on synchronized team activities for sourcing and innovation as needed
• Work with raw material suppliers to obtain the documentation required to migrate R&D data to the company platform
