Job summary
VC5 Consulting is seeking a Business Solutions Manager to advance Reporting and Analytics capabilities. You will partner with leaders to transform data into actionable insights and shape a comprehensive reporting strategy aligned with organizational goals.
The role demands deep expertise in SAP reporting, BI tooling (Power BI/Tableau), and cross-functional system integrations to drive transformation and adoption across the enterprise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, SAP reporting, BI, and data warehouse roles.
- Hands-on experience implementing SAP reporting solutions (SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud) and BI tools.
Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and enhance technology for the Reporting and Analytics value stream to drive business outcomes.
- Establish and align key efficiency metrics to inform decision-making at leadership level.
- Analyze data from various systems using advanced statistical techniques to generate actionable insights.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive shared service reporting strategy that improves data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement across reporting processes and systems.
