Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced Agile development environment.
• 5+ years of strong technical experience in data management and visualization software.
• Experience deploying enterprise-wide reporting tools and visualizations.
• 5+ years of experience leading a team, with ability to plan, organize, and implement strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Reporting team and provide leadership for reporting, dashboard, visualization, and business process technology initiatives.
• Plan, design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise-wide reporting tools and visualization solutions.
• Provide strong technical expertise in data management and data visualization platforms, with Power BI experience strongly preferred.
• Translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions, dashboards, and visual analytics products.
• Support reporting strategies that improve visibility into business performance and operational metrics.
• Work in a fast-paced Agile development environment to support iterative delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align reporting outputs with data sources and enterprise objectives.
• Recommend improvements to reporting capabilities and visualization standards.
