Job summary

GloPros is seeking a Reporting & Analytics Lead to own the business reporting layer in a post-go-live SAP S/4HANA estate. You will translate business questions into reports and dashboards, ensure adoption, and oversee master data quality that reporting depends on.

The role requires extensive experience in cross-functional reporting, SAP data, and end-to-end delivery, with a focus on data quality and tool-agnostic delivery.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in business reporting, BI delivery, or analytics roles close to operations.
• Experience reporting on SAP data in an S/4HANA estate.
• End-to-end delivery: requirement to dashboard to adoption.
• Master data and data quality literacy.
• FMCG/CPG or distribution industry background.
• ERP transformation or post-go-live stabilization experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the reporting demand funnel: capture business questions from multiple domains, shape into reporting requirements and prioritize.
• Deliver reports and dashboards on SAP S/4HANA data — directly or with IT delivery teams — and drive adoption, including self-service enablement and training.
• Own report rationalization: retire duplicates, establish single definitions for shared KPIs, and maintain a documented report catalog.
• Guard the master data quality that reporting depends on: surface data-quality issues, quantify their reporting impact, and drive remediation with the data owners.
• Validate delivered reporting through structured business testing before release.

Our client, a leading FMCG manufacturer, is seeking a Reporting & Analytics Lead to own the business reporting layer in a post-go-live SAP S/4HANA estate — from business question, to report or dashboard, to actual adoption — together with the master data quality that reporting depends on. This is the most cross-functional role in the portfolio: every domain's process changes generate a reporting requirement, and you are the one who turns them into trusted numbers. The role is tool-agnostic — what matters is delivery discipline, not a specific BI stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the reporting demand funnel: capture business questions from Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, and Warehouse, shape them into specified reporting requirements, and prioritize the queue.
• Deliver reports and dashboards on SAP S/4HANA data — directly or with IT delivery teams — and drive genuine adoption, including self-service enablement and training.
• Own report rationalization: retire duplicates, establish single definitions for shared KPIs, and maintain a documented report catalog.
• Guard the master data quality that reporting depends on: surface data-quality issues, quantify their reporting impact, and drive remediation with the data owners.
• Validate delivered reporting through structured business testing before release.

What We're Looking For- Essential

• 12+ years in business reporting, BI delivery, or analytics roles close to operations.
• Experience reporting on SAP data in an S/4HANA (or comparable SAP) estate — you know where the data lives and how it can mislead.
• End-to-end delivery: requirement to dashboard to adoption, including self-service enablement.
• Master data and data quality literacy — able to trace a wrong number back to its source.
• FMCG/CPG or distribution industry background.
• Experience within an ERP transformation or post-go-live stabilization phase.
