Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing SAP reporting solutions (SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud) and BI tools.

This role focuses on enhancing technology for the Reporting and Analytics (R&A) value stream within a dynamic organization. The Business Solutions Manager will collaborate closely with various leaders and stakeholders to drive business outcomes through data-driven decision-making. The position involves analyzing data from multiple systems to generate insights and developing a comprehensive reporting strategy that aligns with the company's goals. This role serves as a technical champion for transformation, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of reporting initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support, maintain, and enhance technology for the Reporting and Analytics (R&A) value stream to drive business outcomes.
• Establish and align key efficiency metrics to inform decision-making at the leadership level.
• Analyze data from various systems using advanced statistical techniques to generate actionable insights.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive shared service reporting strategy that improves data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement across reporting processes and systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience in consulting, SAP development and reporting building, or corporate financial systems roles focusing on SAP Reporting, Business Intelligence, and Data Warehouse.
• Proven experience implementing SAP reporting solutions, such as SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Strong data and analytics acumen with hands-on experience in BI/BW or tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Expertise in cross-functional integrations between SAP modules and applications.
