Qualifications

• 7+ years of BI, analytics, or data engineering leadership experience.
• Experience managing technical teams while remaining hands-on.
• Proven BI strategy, roadmap planning, and resource allocation experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise reporting across SAP and non-SAP data sources.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a global BI team with direct and indirect reports.
