Job summary

CRH is seeking an experienced SAP Reporting Lead to own the reporting and analytics architecture across SAP S/4HANA, Datasphere, SAC, and Snowflake integration. You will determine optimal native, Datasphere, and cross-system reporting approaches and maintain a focus on near real-time insights within SAP where possible.

The role demands hands-on expertise with CDS views, ABAP reporting, and Fiori analytics, with collaboration across the enterprise BI team to deliver scalable, governance-aligned

Qualifications

7+ years of SAP reporting/analytics experience across classic and cloud analytics.
Experience designing CDS views for analytics and exposing them via OData.
Familiarity with SAP Datasphere, SAC, and BTP development.
Ability to balance native SAP reporting with cross-system analytics.

Responsibilities

Own SAP reporting architecture and decision framework for each requirement.
Design Datasphere data models and SAC dashboards for various SAP sources.
Develop or guide Fiori analytics and ABAP/ CDS-based reports.
Coordinate with Snowflake/BI teams for cross-system reporting when needed.
