Job summary

Alinabal in Milford, CT seeks a Quoting Specialist to support the quotation process by reviewing RFQs, organizing quote documentation, and preparing initial quote packages for review and submission. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Prior administrative, customer service, manufacturing, or quoting experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming RFQs, drawings, specifications, and customer documentation.
• Process and organize quote requests for internal review.
• Prepare initial quote documentation and data entry within ERP systems and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, Quality, and Sales to gather information needed for quotations.
• Track quote status and maintain organized quote records.
• Assist with quote revisions, updates, and follow-up activities.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams regarding quote requirements and timelines.
• Support the Quote Team Manager with administrative and quoting activities as needed.
