Job summary

Pareto Solutions Group, Inc. is seeking a Quoting Coordinator to support the Sales team by preparing accurate customer quotations, proposals, and bid documents.

This role acts as a bridge between Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and Customers to ensure requests meet requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; business coursework preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales with quotes, bids, proposals, and pricing packages.
• Review quote requests and gather information for accurate pricing and product selection.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Operations, and Finance for pricing, lead times, and technical information.
• Maintain quote records in CRM and ERP systems.
• Ensure quotations are completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Follow up with Sales regarding pending quotes and bids.
• Track quote status and report on open, won, and lost opportunities.
• Help prepare bid documentation, customer forms, and contract requirements.
• Verify pricing, product specs, and terms before releasing quotations.
• Maintain pricing databases and customer records.
