Job summary

Central Business Solutions, Inc is seeking a Quotation Specialist to prepare accurate pricing quotes and project estimates. The role involves analyzing customer needs and collaborating with procurement and production teams to manage quotes effectively. An AS or BS degree in Computer Science, Business, or Technology is required. Candidates should have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and some familiarity with production environments, ideally within electronics. This position is for US citizens or Green Card holders only.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production environment, especially electronics is preferred.
• Basic understanding of quoting processes is beneficial.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate pricing quotes and project estimates from Customer Statements of Work.
• Collaborate with procurement and production for accurate quoting.
• Log and track quotations, orders and maintain databases.
