Job summary

Foundation Building Materials in the United States is seeking a Quoting Coordinator to manage day-to-day quoting, pricing strategy, and execution for assigned branches, territories, or regions. You will collaborate with Outside Sales, Sales Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and vendors to deliver accurate, competitive quotes.

This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and the capacity to coordinate pricing with vendors, maintain CRM records, and support bid strategy

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in sales support, quoting, pricing coordination, estimating, or a related role within construction materials, distribution, or a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of pricing fundamentals and margin considerations.
• Analytical ability to analyze costs, pricing structures, and market conditions to support competitive bids.
• Experience with CRM platforms, pricing systems, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel proficiency preferred).

Responsibilities

• Review incoming pricing requests with Outside Sales to prepare quotes.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive price quotes aligned with project scope and margins.
• Manage revisions and re-quotes as project requirements change.
• Provide pricing feedback and recommendations to sales leadership based on vendor input and market dynamics.
• Coordinate RFQs with vendors and FBM supply chain teams.
• Maintain pricing matrices within pricing tools and CRM records.
