Role Description The Quoting Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX, responsible for preparing accurate and timely quotations for lighting projects. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing specifications and drawings, identifying appropriate products from multiple manufacturers, and compiling detailed price quotations in coordination with the sales team. The role involves communicating with vendors for pricing and availability, updating quote information in internal systems, and ensuring that all documentation is complete and organized. The Quoting Coordinator collaborates with project managers and sales representatives to clarify project requirements, track quote status, and support follow-up activities with customers. This position also assists in maintaining pricing databases, standard templates, and process improvements to enhance quoting efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications
