Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration with architects, designers, contractors, and internal teams.

• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn lighting products, specifications, and construction documents.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills for multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, email; comfortable with CRM or project tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Dallas, TX, with occasional site visits and industry events.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Interest in architectural lighting, design, and construction; lighting industry exposure a plus.
• Self-motivated, curious, receptive to feedback and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior sales team with project take-offs, product selections, and proposal preparation for architects, designers, contractors, and clients.
• Review plans and specifications and organize pricing and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and manufacturers to ensure accurate and timely responses.
• Maintain CRM and project tracking tools; respond to basic customer inquiries.
