Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years inside sales, sales support, or customer service.
• Strong communication, listening and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries with pricing, lead times, and product information per guidelines.
• Understand customer requirements to support accurate quoting and order entry.
• Prepare quotes and enter customer purchase orders into the system.
• Review orders for product, pricing and delivery accuracy.
• Maintain order visibility and communicate status updates to customers.
• Route complex opportunities to Sales Engineers or Sales Management.
• Support channel partners with pipeline development and relationships.
• Coordinate with production, planning, quality and engineering.
• Expedite orders when needed and resolve delivery or production issues.
• Maintain CRM data and sales files; handle returns/restocking as needed.
