This role focuses on customer service, organization, and problem-solving with growth potential into a more technically capable quoting and pre-sales support role as you learn product offerings and internal tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Experience in quoting, sales support, or customer support in tech.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to learn products, quoting processes, and internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage accurate quotes for software, hardware, and integrated system solutions.
• Collaborate with Field Applications, Engineering, Business Development, Production, and Product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.
• Engage directly with customers to clarify requirements, validate assumptions, respond to inquiries, and accelerate quoting.
• Provide clear product information and guidance on capabilities, compatibility, and deployment options.
• Ensure quotes align with product standards, pricing strategy, and margin objectives.
• Own post-quote follow-up, track active quotes, and identify at-risk opportunities to maintain momentum.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Managers, and Field Team to address objections or information gaps.
• Manage internal tools such as JIRA and Zendesk to support data quality and visibility.
• Improve quoting workflows, templates, and internal knowledge resources.
• Prepare regular reports on quoting activities and customer support metrics.
