Job summary

3dB Labs is seeking a detail-oriented Product Quote Specialist to manage quotes for software and hardware solutions and support the quote-to-award process across cross-functional teams.

You will gather requirements, ensure quote accuracy, answer customer questions, and help move opportunities toward award while growing product knowledge and relying on internal tools like JIRA and Zendesk.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service attitude and problem-solving capability.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in quoting, sales support, or customer support in a technology-driven industry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn product offerings, quoting processes, and internal tools through training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage accurate quotes for software, hardware, and integrated systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure quote accuracy.
• Engage directly with customers to clarify requirements and respond to inquiries.
• Provide product information and guidance on capabilities and deployment options.
• Ensure quotes align with pricing strategy and margins.
• Own post-quote follow-up, track quotes, and identify at-risk opportunities.
• Partner with engineers and product teams to address objections or gaps.
• Utilize JIRA and Zendesk to support service and data integrity.
• Improve quoting workflows, templates, and internal knowledge resources.
• Prepare reports on quoting activities and customer support metrics.
