Job summary

Vertiv Corporation seeks a CPQ Application Developer/System Analyst to collect requirements, design, and implement Configure, Price and Quote (CPQ) solutions across the enterprise. You will work with Sales Operations, Product Offering Managers, and Engineers to capture product configurations and improve sales efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of CPQ platform experience (Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, or similar).
• Experience collecting, writing, and maintaining configurator specification documentation.
• Experience building new and complex product configurators, and maintaining existing configurators.
• Experience with cross-functional integrations between systems in a highly cross-functional environment.
• Strong SaaS experience, including developing, extending, and debugging cloud-based solutions.
• Hands-on expertise with REST and SOAP APIs to build and integrate CPQ modules with surrounding enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Document business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Collect, write, and maintain configurator specification documentation.
• Develop new product configurators and maintain existing configurators using multiple languages (BML, BMQL, SOAP, REST, JavaScript, CSS).
• Elicit and communicate requirements among stakeholders at all levels.
• Work independently and in a team to analyze problems and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Engineering to test and validate configuration models before release.
• Learn new skills through self-study and training classes.
