Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in quoting, sales support, customer support, or similar role in a technology-driven industry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn product offerings, quoting processes, and internal tools through training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage accurate quotes for software, hardware, and integrated systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure quote accuracy.
• Engage directly with customers to clarify requirements and accelerate quoting.
• Provide product information and guidance on capabilities and deployment options.
• Ensure quotes align with pricing strategy and margins.
• Own post-quote follow-up, track quotes, and maintain momentum.
• Partner with Engineering and Field Team to address objections or gaps.
• Manage internal tools such as JIRA and Zendesk to support service and visibility.
• Improve quoting workflows, templates, and internal knowledge resources.
• Prepare reports on quoting activities and customer support metrics.
