Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation is seeking a Product Information Associate III to support customers, distributors and the outside sales team with accurate, timely information. You will handle quotes, product data and contract questions, coordinating with order entry, manufacturing and shipping to ensure smooth order flow.

The role requires 2+ years in a related field, strong Excel/Word skills, and ideally ERP experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
2+ years of related work experience required.
Electrical or industry-related experience is desirable.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail and provide accurate information.

Responsibilities

Prompt handling of customer service requests including quotes, tech information and contracts.
Follow up on quotes and projects to drive sales and gather market intelligence.
Ensure timely responses to customers and coordinate with order entry, manufacturing and shipping.
Resolve questions on orders including pricing, lead times, freight, payment terms and part numbers.
Collaborate with team members to meet customers' needs.
