Job summary

United Site Services in the United States is seeking a Solutions Group Specialist who will manage the quote-to-cash process for Solutions Group clients, ensuring smooth handoffs between sales, service and billing. You will own end-to-end lifecycle, from quotes to orders to invoices, with a focus on accuracy and timely collections.

You will collaborate with the Customer Onboarding team, verify pricing and contracts, and provide expert product knowledge to customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and process oriented.
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles.
• Excellent client facing service experience and problem resolution skills.
• Experience in Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end account management of assigned Solutions group book-of-business.
• Collaborate with Customer Onboarding to correctly assign orders to accounts.
• Own order lifecycle through quote to order conversions, amendments, quoting, invoice validation and collection assistance.
• Liaise between internal and external customers to ensure needs are met and quality service is delivered.
• Oversee management of purchase orders, pricing, and contracts.
