Job summary

PPG is seeking a customer service-oriented professional in Strongsville, OH to manage quotes, orders, returns, and discrepancies. You will also source products not available in our distribution network and support advertising inventory management with data logging.

Work closely with the sales, production, purchasing and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in customer service or B2B roles, strong data documentation skills, and solid ERP/typing abilities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience in customer service or B2B roles.
• Experience documenting customer issues in detail.
• Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests; intermediate computer ability and typing.
• Knowledge in refinishing paints or similar industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by email and phone regarding quotes, orders, returns, and discrepancies.
• Source products not available in distribution centers and back-orders not available at prime buy location.
• Support advertising inventory management, database maintenance, and logging calls.
• Collaborate with management, sales, production, purchasing, and logistics.
