AVIRE is seeking a customer-focused Inside Sales/Customer Service specialist in Wisconsin (Sussex) with a collaborative, results-driven mindset. You will support customers through the buying process, process orders, quotes, and returns, and provide basic technical and product information.

You will use Salesforce to maintain accurate records, coordinate with internal teams, and contribute to achieving high customer satisfaction, upsell opportunities, and timely issue resolution.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree or equivalent experience; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or inside sales.
• Fluent in English; strong communication skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems and order processing.
