Job summary

Expeditors in the United States is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to be the primary contact for customers after a spot quote is executed within the Americas. You will coordinate quotes with internal stakeholders and support the seamless handoff from pricing to operations, ensuring timely issue resolution and a strong customer relationship.

The role emphasizes responsive, accurate coordination and communication across the Americas geography, reporting to the Strategic Solutions

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with ability to triage high volume requests.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with Expeditors services and internal teams.
• Ability to prioritize and process requests quickly.
• Experience with pricing databases or quote intake systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer service contact for internal and external customers after quote execution.
• Coordinate approved quotes with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth handoff from pricing to execution.
• Respond to and resolve inquiries related to executed quotes promptly.
• Communicate quote status, changes, or issues to affected teams and customers.
• Maintain accurate records of quote execution and post-quote interactions in the Pricing Database.
• Escalate unresolved issues or recurring problems to management.
• Position is on site full-time at any Expeditors office in the US.
