Job summary

Expeditors, a global logistics company headquartered in Seattle, seeks a Quote Intake Coordinator for the Americas. You will serve as the initial gatekeeper for spot quote activity, determine the correct pricing team, route requests, and ensure quotes are captured accurately and assigned without delay.

Reporting to the Strategic Solutions Manager, Transportation Pricing & Quoting – The Americas, this on-site, full-time role requires sharp attention to detail, clear communication, and familiarity

Qualifications

• High volume request triage with accuracy.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with Expeditors service offerings and pricing processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive spot quote requests from internal and external stakeholders.
• Review each request for completeness and follow up to close information gaps.
• Determine the correct pricing team responsible for executing each request and route to that team.
• Redirect non-pricing requests to the correct team or contact.
• Maintain accurate, current request records in the Pricing Database.
• Flag recurring gaps in request quality to stakeholders and management.
• Position is on site full-time at any Expeditors office in the US.
