Job summary

Essex Brownell Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to support the sales team from quote through order fulfillment and post-sale service.

You will partner with Sales, Operations, and customers to ensure accurate, responsive interactions and continuous process improvement. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and strong collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Ability to review orders and quotes for accuracy
• Experience with ERP and MS Office
• Strong communication and collaborative skills

Responsibilities

• Review customer purchase orders for accuracy and quotes.
• Enter and manage sales orders in the QAD ERP system.
• Create, update, and deliver customer quotes timely.
• Support inside and outside sales with pricing, orders, and inquiries.
• Provide customers with quotes and order status updates.
• Investigate and resolve order issues and discrepancies.
• Initiate returns and credits per procedures.
• Own customer issues through resolution.
• Assist with customer certification and compliance documents.
• Maintain and update SOPs and procedures.
• Identify recurring issues to prevent errors.
• Contribute ideas to improve workflows and tools.
