Job summary

Expeditors seeks a Customer Technology Solutions Manager to position and present Expeditors’ technology solutions for regional customers. You will drive adoption of EXP.O NOW, exp.o Analytics, and other systems, working with Sales, Account Management and Product teams.

You will build customer-facing demonstrations, train teams, and lead regional technology marketing efforts, with travel as needed. A background in international logistics and strong presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years professional experience in international logistics.
• Experience presenting or selling customer-facing technology solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Be the Expeditors customer solutions expert for your region and present our technology offerings to named accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management and Product teams to tailor solutions.
• Deliver system demonstrations and training as part of regional campaigns and webinars.
• Support RFQ/RFI responses with clear, customer-focused technology paths.
• Lead region-wide technology marketing efforts and regional events.
