Graybar in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Quotations Specialist to manage quotes from request to submission. You’ll interact with Graybar sales, customer service, customers and manufacturers to collect details and craft profitable quotations.

Learn pricing mechanics and the systems used to support accurate proposals. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule, starting pay around $25/hour, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of SAP and ability to work with Excel formulas.
• 2+ years experience preferred.
• High School education.
• 2 year degree in Business or related preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates of material.
• Contact factories and representatives to obtain cost information.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and customer service representatives.
• Form relationships with customers and suppliers to provide on-time and accurate quotations.
• Compare manufacturers’ bills of material to ascertain and price any differences for complete comparisons.
