Graybar Electric Company in Norcross, GA is seeking a Quotations Specialist to manage the quotes process from receipt to submission. You will communicate with Graybar sales reps, customer service, customers and manufacturers to gather details for accurate quotations.

You will learn product lines and pricing mechanics and use our systems to deliver quotes that support profitable sales. Requirements include customer service skills, deadlines, SAP and Excel, and 2+ years experience; High School

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of SAP and ability to work with Excel formulas
• 2+ years experience preferred
• High School education
• 2 year degree in Business or related preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates of material
• Contact factories and representatives to obtain cost information
• Collaborate with sales representatives and customer service representatives
• Form relationships with customers and suppliers to provide on-time and accurate quotations
• Compare manufacturers’ bills of material to ascertain and price any differences for complete comparisons
