Graybar is seeking a Quotations Specialist to manage the quotations process from request to quote submission. You will coordinate with Graybar sales, customer service, and manufacturers to gather details and craft profitable quotations.

Learn product lines, pricing mechanics, and company systems to deliver accurate quotes. Ideal candidates bring strong customer service skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and familiarity with SAP and Excel formulas.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates of material.
• Contact factories and representatives to obtain cost information.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and customer service representatives.
• Form relationships with customers and suppliers to provide on-time and accurate quotations.
• Compare manufacturers’ bills of material to ascertain and price any differences for complete comparisons.
