You will gather details from internal teams, manufacturers and customers to prepare accurate quotes that support profitable sales. Daily collaboration with sales and customer service ensures timely submissions.

The role emphasizes strong communication, cost estimation, and familiarity with SAP and Excel. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of SAP and ability to work with Excel formulas.
• 2+ years experience preferred.
• High School education.
• 2 year degree in Business or related preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare cost estimates of material.
• Contact factories and representatives to obtain cost information.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and customer service representatives.
• Form relationships with customers and suppliers to provide on-time and accurate quotations.
• Compare manufacturers’ bills of material to ascertain and price any differences for complete comparisons.
