Graybar in Phoenix is seeking a Quotations Specialist to manage the quotations process from request receipt to quote submission. You will collaborate with sales, customer service, customers and manufacturers to gather details for accurate quotes and profitable sales for Graybar.

You will learn product lines, pricing mechanics, and the systems used to provide timely quotations, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality cost estimates that support Graybar’s customer

Formación

• Customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Knowledge of SAP and ability to work with Excel formulas.
• 2+ years of experience preferred; High School education required.
• 2 year degree in Business or related preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare cost estimates of material
• Contact factories and representatives to obtain cost information
• Collaborate with sales representatives and customer service representatives
• Form relationships with customers and suppliers to provide on-time and accurate quotations
• Compare manufacturers’ bills of material to ascertain and price any differences for complete comparisons
