Graybar is seeking a Quotations Specialist to manage the quotations process from the time a request is received to the moment the quote is submitted to the customer.

You will communicate with Graybar sales representatives, customer service, customers and manufacturer representatives to gather needed details and create profitable quotes, while learning our product lines and pricing mechanics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience preferred.
• High School education.
• 4 year degree in Business or related preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP and Excel formulas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates of material.
• Contact factories and representatives to obtain cost information.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and customer service representatives.
• Form relationships with customers and suppliers to provide on-time and accurate quotations.
• Compare manufacturers’ bills of material to ascertain and price any differences for complete comparisons.
