Connexion in Buffalo Grove, IL seeks a (S) Quotations Representative to assist the sales team by preparing cost estimates and quotes that drive profitable revenue. You will compile and organize bills of materials, leveraging product knowledge to identify the best solutions for customers.

Responsibilities include obtaining best cost information from manufacturers, computing cost and price estimates with consideration of inventory, freight, and other logistics, and maintaining accurate paperwork

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong cost estimation and materials BOM skills.
• Ability to obtain best available pricing from manufacturers.

Responsabilités

• Prepare cost estimates for materials requested by Sales and others.
• Compile and organize bills of materials; compare costs to determine best solution.
• Contact manufacturers to obtain best cost information and quotes.
• Compute cost and price estimates considering inventory, freight, and other logistics.
• Maintain accurate paperwork to facilitate transitions between departments.
