Graybar is seeking a Quotations Specialist to manage the quotations process from request receipt to quote submission. You will interact with Graybar sales reps, customer service, customers and manufacturer reps to gather details and craft quotes.

The role develops knowledge of product lines and pricing mechanics and uses company systems to deliver profitable quotations. Strong customer service, deadline-driven work, and SAP/Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of SAP and ability to work with Excel formulas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates of material.
• Contact factories and representatives to obtain cost information.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and customer service representatives.
• Form relationships with customers and suppliers to provide on-time and accurate quotations.
• Compare manufacturers’ bills of material to ascertain and price any differences for complete comparisons.
