Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent Excel, spreadsheet and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Outlook inboxes.
• Enter quote requests into IQS and Mainframe.
• Determine whether the quote can be sent to the customer or if it requires analyst review and take appropriate action.
• Communicate with team members and customers.
• Handle quote bookings.
• Create and send bills of lading.
• Participate in special projects.
• Work in a team setting to accomplish department goals.
• Other duties and projects, as assigned.
