Job summary

Bodycote plc is seeking a Senior Commercial Analyst to join our commercial team. This role focuses on preparing quotations across multiple business units, calculating pricing with formal costing models, and supporting contract documents.

The analyst partners with Sales, Operations, Customer Service and Legal to deliver accurate quotes, dashboards, and reports using Salesforce, while ensuring compliance with ITAR and company standards.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Finance, Sales & Marketing, Metallurgy/Material Science, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of quoting experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident per ITAR.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations across the relevant business units.
• Develop pricing using standard costing models and margin expectations.
• Use Salesforce for quote tracking and data management.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service to meet expectations.
• Develop and deploy commercial reporting and forecasting.
