Steadfast Alliance is hiring a skilled QuickBooks Bookkeeper to join our growing team in the United States. The ideal candidate will handle full-cycle accounting across multiple client companies, using QuickBooks Desktop to maintain accurate records, perform reconciliations, and generate reports for management review.

Responsibilities include AP/AR management, deposits processing, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is required.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting.
• Experience with reconciliations, AP, AR, and financial reporting.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple company accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
