Job summary

DCH Ford of Thousand Oaks, part of Lithia & Driveway, is hiring Quick Lane Service Technicians. Join a high-volume Ford dealership to service customer-pay and warranty repairs with Master Technicians.

We offer Ford factory training and clear paths to certification, plus a team focused on quality and growth. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, inspections, and diagnostic repairs using Ford-standard tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of automotive technician experience or equivalent hands-on mechanical experience.
• Experience performing maintenance and light-to-medium repairs independently.
• Ability to diagnose vehicle issues and document repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tires, batteries, filters, fluids).
• Diagnose and complete light mechanical repairs to Ford standards.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and document recommendations.
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify basic vehicle concerns and complete repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and collaborate with team.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production/Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
