You will diagnose malfunctions, test-drive vehicles, and document results while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Ideal candidates hold three to five years of automotive repair experience, with ASE and manufacturer training preferred, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Three to five years automotive repair experience.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• ASE certifications and manufacturer training preferred.
• Willing to learn and adhere to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Record time spent on repairs using company time clocking procedures and document test results.
• Maintain an organized, clean workspace and manage tools and shop supplies efficiently.
• Participate in required training and review technical bulletins and publications as assigned.
