Busy Ford Dealership in Minnesota is seeking a Part-time Quick Lane Service Advisor to greet customers and generate repair orders. You will review Ford factory maintenance requirements with customers, determine the visit scope, and provide initial promise times.

You will handle incoming phone calls and assist with customer questions, using dealership software to generate and close repair orders. This is a part-time opportunity with an incentive-based pay structure.

Busy Ford Dealership has opening for Part-time Quick Lane Service Advisor. In this role candidates will greet customers and generate repair orders. Candidate will review Ford Factory Maintenance requirements with customer and will determine scope of visit. Candidate will manage transaction providing initial promise times and updates throughout the transaction. Candidate needs to be proficient using computer software to generate and close repair orders. Candidate will answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer questions. This is a part-time opportunity and a great way to begin a Dealership career. Dealership Management System software training will be provided.

Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Friday 1pm to 6pm

Saturday 7:30am to 12:30pm

$42-$70/hour (Incentive-Based)
