Job summary

Busy Ford Dealership in Minnesota is seeking a part-time Quick Lane Service Advisor to greet customers, generate repair orders, and review Ford Factory Maintenance requirements with clients. You will determine the scope of visits, manage transactions, and provide updates with proficient computer software usage.

Training on Dealership Management System software will be provided. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Friday 1pm–6pm and Saturday 7:30am–12:30pm, with pay of $42–$70 per hour (incentive-based).

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing automotive service environments is preferred.
• Ability to review maintenance requirements and determine visit scope.
• Proficient in using computer software to generate and close repair orders.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and initiate repair orders.
• Review Ford Factory Maintenance requirements with customers.
• Provide initial promise times and updates throughout the visit.
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions.
