Job summary

Busy Ford Dealership in Minnesota is seeking a part-time Quick Lane Service Advisor to greet customers, generate repair orders, and review Ford Factory Maintenance requirements with clients. You will determine the scope of visits, manage transactions, and provide updates with proficient computer software usage.

Training on Dealership Management System software will be provided. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Friday 1pm–6pm and Saturday 7:30am–12:30pm, with pay of $42–$70 per hour (incentive-based).

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing automotive service environments is preferred.
• Ability to review maintenance requirements and determine visit scope.
• Proficient in using computer software to generate and close repair orders.

Busy Ford Dealership has opening for Part-time Quick Lane Service Advisor. In this role candidates will greet customers and generate repair orders. Candidate will review Ford Factory Maintenance requirements with customer and will determine scope of visit. Candidate will manage transaction providing initial promise times and updates throughout the transaction. Candidate needs to be proficient using computer software to generate and close repair orders. Candidate will answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer questions. This is a part-time opportunity and a great way to begin a Dealership career. Dealership Management System software training will be provided.

Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Friday 1pm to 6pm

Saturday 7:30am to 12:30pm

$42-$70/hour (Incentive-Based)
